Huge delay in United Airlines flight, so we waited in Amsterdam for our connection

What have I learned from this trip? Some advices :
1) Always travel with an ELECTRONIC TICKET, otherwise you are not in the system, and if your ticket is somehow lost, or detached in various transits, you are forced to buy a new ticket, and there is none to talk to!
2) When in transit from the US to Europe, make sure every liquids you buy are in a sealed bag of the duty free, otherwise it will be confiscated, and thrown in the trash, and again no one will listen.
3) One should travel direct and do not take transits, even if it is cheaper, your luggage will not make it!! Trust me, it happened to me, all the soft wares, books I bought got lost until this moment.

It was GREAT ! Excellent organizing, the very best hotel in town, interesting topics, so much to catch up with.
Lutin's Plutopia was a winner, the whole atmosphere, all the interesting people and sessions, wauuu… Made my while.
